The Wheatsheaf - Réserver une table

This restaurant is a fantastic old-fashioned pub that serves delicious food at reasonable prices. I had a fantastic curry and my wife had a sizzler, and we were both very happy with our meals. The staff are very friendly and the service, although not very fast, is worth the wait as the food is cooked to order and has a special "pub food" charm. The only downside is the limited parking, but luckily I was able to find a space. I have limited mobility and am grateful for that. Overall, thank you for a great experience.

We went to this restaurant yesterday for a family party that was booked for 4:30 PM. We waited over 2 hours for our food, which had all been pre-ordered for our group of 30. The food came out slowly and some of the pre-orders were mixed up. The quality of the food was terrible. We did not experience this issue when we visited in October, even though there were more people in our party. We spent over £500 on the food and will not be returning to this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious homecooked food!! The food was out of this world, lovely atmosphere and very friendly owners. It was so nice to have proper food not ding ding. There was a bit of a wait (we were told before we ordered as they were so busy and I'm not surprised with the quality of the food. We will 100% be back. Keep doing what you're doing :

We always have a great time after our hockey games at this restaurant. The salt and pepper chips are amazing, and it's always fun to enjoy a drink and chat with the bar parrot.

Very quiet for a Friday night thought there would be more going on especially on good Friday
