Now THIS is a HIDDEN GEM in Yorba Linda! ? French x Italian x Asian fusion cuisine with an INCREDIBLY nice owner who's also the chef. Lovely man!Starting with a bread plate with the fluffiest croissant with truffle butter to oysters with caviar and edible gold, and unique shrimp macarons. I came with my girl-friends for lunch, the restaurant is in a quiet plaza, we were the first customers, the interior atmosphere is some Euro, some casual, I like the color tone. We ordered three dishes to share and 4 onion soups. And the chef gave us a special appetizer named “million dollars seaweed”, it was very unique and delicious, all of us loved it!!! Three dishes (beef short rib, uni pasta, artichoke salad )were very tasty and elegant, we finished all and ordered one cream brûlée as dessert, very creamy and satisfying!! The lady served us friendly and gentle, we had a great time and will bring more friends come back next time ! ??

If you haven’t been to the new Wild Artichoke, you definitely are missing out! Absolutely delicious food!Enjoyed French Onion soup, Croque Monsieur with bechamel sauce and fabulous Chicken Supreme that had the most delicious pan sauce.Their restaurant manager was so friendly and accommodating, third time back and would absolutely recommend!

Saturday was an off night for the chef No dressing on my salad, Risotto had burnt fried mushrooms on it, instead of coked within . Risotto for wife had one burnt piece of lobster laid upon the dish. no seafood cooking within the risotto
