Here for lunch and ordered chips and cheese, which I've done for years. Waitress comes back and says they don't do that. Um, you have for years and we have been coming here since you opened for business. You can do a plate of chips with queso, loaded nachos, loaded tots, but not chips and cheese. Waitress didn't check to see how we were doing, if we needed refills... Very disappointed . Which is not the same as being mad, if we were mad we would have left.
the owners and employees on the win work tirelessly as if there are 20 other places to go for a beer in jenison...may they not know that they are the only game in the city? don't tell them. they cough. the personal is friendly and about. the kitchen is fast and the menu is quite spectacular for a pub. they also have a pretty good craft beer selection. these people have really solved their game since the opening. If you haven't tried her lately, you should.
I have to say. the win has great staff and eat. we put our order on a small mistake on something that came out. amber was our waitress and handled it well....then came the owner and reduced our food bill by 50% even with the mix-up... that was great. and the service was even better. if they have not tried this place, they will give it to the place where they are to visit. you will not be disappointed! we're coming back.
what a great place. käsesteak was on point af. they do nickel and dime them on sauces and charge to get rid of $15 a plate for a meal that is annoying, but the service was decent and friendly, so it was a laundry. would definitely come back for a visit. Réservez une table maintenant

My family often goes to The Win after church. We are always pleased with the food and service. The two managers who work on Sundays are also very impressive. It may not be fancy, but it's definitely our favorite!!
