ordered off uber eats. asked for no tomatos as boyfriend is allergic came with tomatos. hash browns were mushy. hardly any beans. sausages were awful. french toast was more like a brick couldve honestly knocked someone out with it. they also had no bacon which wasnt shown anywhere or didnt ring/put in any description so gave my boyfriend an extra egg and an extra black pudding. who tf wants 4 eggs- 3 black puddings- 2 sausages- 3 pieces of rock toast for breakfast? nobody. utterly useless. n the woman on the phone didnt seem concerned at all
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered through Uber eats, requested no tomato’s as I am allergic. Of course the order came with tomato’s which could have ended very badly for me. The breakfast included 3 rashers of bacon, it came with no bacon at all. One side of the sausages were cooked, the breakfast also said it came with beans, I counted and it came with 12 beans in total. What a disgrace
Visited for lunch and had the Carvery. The food was delicious, good amount of meat and a large variety of vegetables. The building was not crowded and the staff were friendly and interested that you have a great experience. Especially JP on the Carvery who made us feel at home. Great place to come and enjoy a meal with friends and family. I absolutely recommend.
Thought we would go for a family Sunday carvery and it was chaos. You mainly pay for the meat and the slices were so small it was ridiculous not even a full slice The que for the carvery was so busy and everything was empty and waiting for top up. No one cares about how all the food looked. The gravy was unavailable and had to be requested by a number of people.

Lovely carvery and the roast potatoes were particularly extravagant. Good atmosphere with football on and empty plates all round.
Excellent service, food and drink. Very welcoming pub good atmosphere and attentive staff. Will be visiting again soon.
Really nice food and the carvery is lovely really recommend the carvery as you have a lot of choice
The food is expensive and there isn't much variety. Sorry, but this restaurant isn't for me.
