the windsor is a sa brains dining. my wife and I went on Friday night and they had live music playing. I had a burger, followed by a local cheese board and my wife had squid cake in a leak sauce. the service was good and the meal was appropriate.

Favourite pub in Penarth. Super friendly staff, always feel welcomed. Really lovely atmosphere. We love the weekly quiz on a Thursday. Tasty food too. Highly recommend!

"Popped in at 2.15 pm on a quiet Friday- asked very unfriendly landlady if we could play darts- she refused saying it is only for darts team to use and that tables were booked. Only table used was no where near the dart board."
