The Woolpack Beefeater Grill

close to living, we often eat in the woolpack and enjoy eating, but my main reason for writing this review is to thank the staff. yesterday (22/6/22) my man fell on the concrete by cutting his face, his hands and knees. the dame and. the one who served us both came to help. they helped him, brought him a chair to sit down and offered a first aid kit. they then offered him to help him. many thanks for their help. it was really appreciated

I came here with my family for a vatertag meal and it was amazing jamie, faye, and dominic gave us amazing service, very busy, but still had time to make sure we were all happy. had a steak and it was perfectly cooked could not. have a better visit had defo be back! very recommended to anyone for just a casual meal or a nice night with family or friends thank you to all the staff!

my mother and I had a fabulous experience tonight. jamie and natasha were polite, professional and clear knew their job and knew it well. the customer service was great and eating was fantastic. they were even able to help with my missing reward. thanks for the cards

It was a joy to use the Woolpack Beefeater restaurant for breakfast on a trip to Europe. Sheila was a delight and it was so nice to be greeted with a cheerful Good Morning and to have a freshly cooked breakfast served with a smile

Breakfast service by Sheila was warm good humoured on a fully booked session. She also answered the phone when I called to advise we’d be a bit late for our 8am slot. Speaking to a person after the phone menu was a relief.
