had a lunch with friends in the open. the tables were beautiful and we had sunshades to shade us. two of us ordered the same chicken sandwich, but when we were served, the sandwiches were not the same. miss the avocado and the cheese on both sandwiches; the one had mayo and the other was dry and the one half of the sandwich had tomato and the other half did not. we returned the sandwiches and ordered hamburger. another gast ordered grilled ham and cheese and asked a side of the fries. the sandwich was not grilled and she got kartoffel chips instead of pommes. I felt that the management had been informed by the mistakes and would have visited our table, but that didn't happen.
the inner is beautiful. we live near and went after the rain, but both the outside and deck were closed so that our only possibility was to go inside. the bar staff was not very friendly and engaged in more talks than the guests. we had to request teller, serviettes and utensils after our food. the bar staff also ate behind the bar when we did. the burger was over boiled and the portions were small. the pizza oven was also out of operation, so the teenager was disappointed. so, forced to sit in, unprofessional/engaging staff, subpar food and general atmosphere, my assessment is a 1 star.
bartenders could not take care of the customers and were busy chatting with their friends, the chef was eating behind the line, eating was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. I have 2 small tacos and no sides and it was the price of a standard entree. the person I had with a burger who was overcooked and a handful of chips does not even come with fries. it's a shame because the remodel looks really nice and I was excited to try. unless they are in the mood for some Delco style bar drama, steer clear.
inconveniently slow service. we went with a small group after a graduation party. beer and appetizer. it was an hour before we got our drinks and two hours before our app. the cheese steak rolls were overcooked. the soft pulpit just never came (it was on the bill though.) I would have been much better to go over the road to burger king.
