I had lunch with friends outdoors at a restaurant. The tables were lovely and we had umbrellas to provide shade. Two of us ordered the same chicken sandwich, but when they arrived, they were different. Both sandwiches were missing avocado and cheese; one had mayo while the other was dry, and one half had tomato while the other did not. We returned the sandwiches and ordered hamburgers instead. Another guest ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a side of fries, but the sandwich was not grilled and they received potato chips instead of French fries. I thought the management would address the mistakes and come to our table, but that did not happen.
the inner is beautiful. we live near and went after the rain, but both the outside and deck were closed so that our only possibility was to go inside. the bar staff was not very friendly and engaged in more talks than the guests. we had to request teller, serviettes and utensils after our food. the bar staff also ate behind the bar when we did. the burger was over boiled and the portions were small. the pizza oven was also out of operation, so the teenager was disappointed. so, forced to sit in, unprofessional/engaging staff, subpar food and general atmosphere, my assessment is a 1 star.
The bartenders were not attentive to customers and instead were chatting with their friends. The chef was seen eating behind the line. The food was terrible and extremely overpriced. I ordered two small tacos with no sides and it was priced as high as a regular entree. My companion ordered a burger that was overcooked and came with only a small portion of chips instead of fries. It's disappointing because the restaurant's remodel looks nice and I was looking forward to trying it. Unless you're up for some drama at a Delco-style bar, I would recommend avoiding this place.
The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. Our small group went after a graduation party and ordered beer and an appetizer. It took an hour to get our drinks and two hours for our appetizer to arrive. The cheese steak rolls were overcooked and the soft pulpit we ordered never came, although it was still on the bill. It would have been a much better experience to go to Burger King across the road.

I visited this place today for the first time under the new ownership. We were served raw chicken wings. When the owner came out, she asked What do you want me to do I told her she should never ask that question after serving a customer raw chicken and her response was, Get out I was flabbergasted and disgusted. I will NEVER visit this place again. If I could give zero stars I would have.
Place was very clean and staff very nice . Our waitress was very accommodating and checked on us often. Did a wonderful job for a table of 7 serving drinks and food. The place was packed but are food and drinks came out quickly.
This was our first time here and had dinner with Delco Grinch. The food was excellent, the service was great. We can’t wait to go back again soon.
GREAT SPOT IN THE 19083 FOR FINE PUB GRUB THE MUSHROOM CHEESEBURGER WAS OUTSTANDING. THE CO-OWNERS ARE GOOD PEOPLE AS WELL. ???
