We booked the Lab Food Truck for our baby shower and I must say our experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We reached very last minute and G reacted with a “yes, we can do it” without hesitating. Within the next week and half we worked out the details and they were very flexible with our schedule. They arrived 30 minutes early to set up and immediately our guest began to order. We had about 45 guests at the baby shower and I child, you did not hear compliments about eating at least 25 of them within the first 15 minutes. The portions were huge and the food was amazing! I had The Lab 's Doctor sandwich (pulled pork with slaw and pickles) a while back at a Yelp event and remembered really loving it, so I decided to go back tonight and get one. I love that the pulled pork is braised in Dr. Pepper! It was pretty tasty for the most part, but there was some sort of seasoning on the slaw that I didn 't care for at all, it kind of ruined the sandwich for me. I enjoyed the fries that come with the sandwich, they had good seasoning. I would have preferred that the fries come in a separate package though cause they got soggy from being in contact with the sandwich. My boyfriend loved his ribs, he said they were some of the best he 's ever had and he 's not even Drake...
This place was fantastic! It was my first time visiting, and I can't wait to return. The mac and cheese sandwich could use a bit more cheese—after all, it is mac and cheese! The fries were a bit soggy and a tad too salty for my liking. However, the ramen was a major hit—very flavorful and delicious. They even provide extra broth for a second helping, which was the highlight of the evening. I also appreciated that the lemonade wasn't overly sweet, which I found refreshing. They have a great variety of tasty options on the menu, and I’m eager to go back!
I always pass this place and finally ordered through Grubhub for pickup. What drew me in was the unique choices on the menu and the VEGETARIAN OPTIONS! My order was hot when I picked it up (it was ready pretty quickly! and handed over to me by one of theowners, who was super sweet. The Jackfruit Melt that I ordered was DELICIOUS and flavorful, and the fries were amazing. I willdefinitely be coming back and ordering again, and recommending the spot to others!

The pulled pork was tasty, but it could have benefited from some BBQ sauce. The fries were a bit overcooked, but still had a great flavor. I enjoyed the spicy pork belly as well. The first half of the dish was delicious, but the broth became less appealing as the meal went on. A bit more seasoning and perhaps avoiding mushrooms would have improved it.
Ordered dinner from here. Ranch Burger, Lab Burger, chicken Jerk Tacos, and Mango Rice. The burgers came with hand cut fries. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The meats were quality with a generous serving size. The price was reasonable. We should have asked for the fries to be well done. We will definitely be return customers.
I appreciate that they include two eggs with the short rib ramen. However, I wouldn't describe the ramen as particularly delicious. The short rib isn't tender, and the soup has a slightly sour taste that I found off-putting. The overall flavor isn't to my liking, and some of the baby corn was also sour, as if it had gone bad.
The food was basic. The rice seemed like bag rice with a few pieces of warm mango in it. The fish tacos needed some type of crunch in it, had the same mango sauce in it. The beef was chewy and a little dry, it made me wonder how old it is. Just an honest foodie ??

Love this place! Unique flavoring and very creative menu! Can’t go wrong with anything from The Lab! We enjoyed their fish tacos, pork tacos, and the best pizza called The Kenilworth! Will be ordering again...again...again...
The delivery was on time, but the food was soggy : . My panini had brown and over ripe avocado that tasted terrible. Won't be ordering their sandwiches again.
