I started off my Dine Springfield Restaurant Week experience at Theodore's Blues, Booze and BBQ, a favorite spot of mine in downtown Springfield. I indulged in boneless bourbon barbecue wings with waffle fries and ranch sauce, while my sister and her cousin Mikey enjoyed wings and waffle fries, and burnt ends with mac and cheese, respectively. Our meal was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The service was exceptional, with a friendly server who made sure our drinks were always topped up.
