We spent three nights in this very nice hotel. Very friendly, uncomplicated and informative reception at check-in. The request to be able to easily reach the room with a wheelchair was fulfilled without further request. The room and bathroom beautiful and clean. The room staff did everything absolutely perfectly, something I had never experienced anywhere before. Enough bath towels for the thermal spa visit. The service staff was courteous and attentive. pleasant environment, sometimes apart from the fact that a deck was missing and that the service performance hid and serviette pressed into the hand. the selection was more than spersome, there was only a 4-course menu, at the main course a selection of 4 options. the wild boar was the hardest wild I ever had eaten, the dumplings tasted unpleasantly strong after flavor enhancers, the sose was salted. in total compared to the late zle from the plate of the child, which after nothing tasted, as well as the soße. overall, the level of the food was far from the level of the price. I cannot recommend this restaurant because of my visit.
I had to find in my completely outdated room, some haare in the bathroom. on my bedcloth were traces of blood or another red liquid. after complaint of the court hearing, there was no word of apology only one call at housekeeping. I stood there and didn't know what happened or When I can finally get into my room. I came to my room after our evening event at night, haare were gone, but the smeared bedcloth was still exactly as there. Sorry, at all love but this is not at all! especially the unexisting cloak with the situation! no recommendation and certainly I will never stop here again!
very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and very tasty eating. cosmetic treatment was underground, anything but relaxing. the cosmetologist very heralic. and in the connection they should buy infinitely many products. unfortunately I was admitted to her and after several days the application got bad skin rash, so much to thema everything pure plant and without chemistry.

Highly recommended! You feel like a king. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast buffet and dinner. Spa and thermal area very spacious and beautiful.
