Third Wave Cafe Wine

My hubby and I went on a New Year dinner date in New Smyrna, FL. We stopped by Third Wave cafe and wine bar, and after a short wait we were seated at the bar. Oh my goodness, it was incredible, and perfectly aligned to our Mediterranean diet. The short rib hummus was massive, it was the tastiest hummus I ever ate and could easily feed 6 people as an appetizer. I had the broccoli salad with chicken, and my hubs had the octopus. Best dinner we have had on New Smyrna!! One thing I have to call out, is that our bartender, Nate, was spectacular- The drinks were delicious, and he was working harder than anyone else in that place, by far. We sat at his section of the bar, and the man wouldn’t stop...

My friend was looking for a restaurant with a gluten-free menu and this place was highly rated by the gluten fee community. Although I do not eat gluten-free, we both absolutely loved this place! Five stars all the way! The blackened redfish sandwich was fantastic! The outdoor dining in the back patio was tropical and relaxing! The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The jalapeño margarita was fresh and delicious. Overall, we absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to return!

WOW! We had a fantastic dinner at Third Wave and great service. The food and cocktails were exceptional. Simply delicious food made with high quality ingredients, exquisitely served in a beautiful garden atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. What an unexpected delight!

My hambúrguer was fresh and tasted home made, one of the best hamburgers I had in the USA! My husband had pizza, he is pretty picky, but he loved it as well! Will come back for sure! PS: Morgan, the waitress was super sweet and efficient! Réservez une table maintenant

So happy we found this fantastic restaurant. They've hit the nail on the head with the amazing vibe and fantastic food. Our server Candice was friendly and attentive. We will definitely make this a regular stop when in the area.

Possibly one of the best breakfasts we ever had...delicious chorizo sausage...generous turkey filled crepe...good coffee...covid safe atmosphere...fast, attentive service...charming atmosphere...cannot wait to go back!

This restaurant is fantastic! I highly recommend it, but be sure to make a reservation. They offer a great variety of dishes and excellent drinks. The staff is friendly, and the food is amazing! We visit often.

I ordered the burrata pizza along with one of the seasonal drinks, and it was absolutely delicious! Our server, who I think was named Isiah, was incredibly kind and wonderful. I will definitely be returning! Réservez une table maintenant

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The waiter was excellent, the atmosphere was incredible, and my drink was just right. The food was also outstanding!

Very much a favorite when we visit New Smyrna. Service is great, but a little laid back. Love the food. Good breakfast selection.
