I walked in ready to get a salmon or tilapia plate and was frustrated at how bad this location has gotten. The gentleman before me was upset because the left over pork chops looked disgusting and the female cook refused to cook more at least enough for him to eat. I then asked if I could get salmon the female cook shook her head no saying nomore then I asked for tilapia and she stated I could get it. I was then asked by a gentleman behind the line grilled or fried and I asked for grilled. The cook then said no I’m not making grilled fish. So I was left with no option. I was told the grill is broken/down which was a lie. The only other meat on the line was chicken nothing else. They close at...
Without a doubt, one of the most disappointing meals of my entire life. The rib ends were literally just gristle and bone, not even enough edible rib meat for one whole bite. Sassy rice is by far the most compliant and obedient rice ever. Literally zero flavor, so I don 't know where the sassy came from.... and how do you screw up mac cheese? For the prices you crooks charge, I expected much much more... won 't be back and I 'll be sure to let people who have not been to save their hard earned money.
Food was terrible. My dressing was very dry. The cabbage was tastless...The restaurant was itself was untidy. The cashier was barely friendly and did not wear a hair net while preparing my plate. Also, I asked her did she have dessert, and she just mumbled something and I asked again and that time, she didn't even respond. I should have walked out then but I just paid for the food and left...I couldn't even eat the food when I got home...waste of money ?
If you're on a budget, this might not be the right spot for you. However, if you're looking for quality, this is definitely the place to indulge. The food is outstanding, and the customer service is top-notch. While it is a bit pricey, it's worth every penny. I ordered the baked chicken, collard greens, macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, and black-eyed peas, along with a sweet tea to drink.

Usually pretty good but the kitchen dude working today really messed it up . I got charged for food they didn’t even have, like why wouldn’t you check that ? and then the food I did order took literally forever. The girl working was acting like I was bothering her by asking . and I missed my lunch so couldn’t even enjoy it but thanks anyway.
The prices are absurdly high for this type of restaurant. For some odd reason, there's a tip jar at the cash register, which I find quite audacious. Now I understand why the place was empty on a weekend. I walked in and immediately walked back out.
I do not know what kind of oil chicken wings are fried in, but smell was strong. Was it recycled? Had to throw it out. Glad I paid attention to amount charged because I was overcharged and had to get credited for difference. Wasted lunch.
Chicken was lacking seasoning. Very bland. I appreciate that the food is made to order so it was hot and fresh and served pretty quick. Just missed the mark with the lack of salt.Food: 3/5

The service was prompt and the food appeared to be fresh! However, I still feel that their prices are a bit high, although I really do enjoy the vegetables.
