My family has been going there for more than 25 years with every year it being fantastic but now it is so downhill that we have decided not to go back again. So disappointing when there are so many memories. The service was terrible, they never came over and asked what we wanted, never cleaned the plates so we had to move them to another table. The food was ok. After asking for a dessert on the menu, they said they don’t do them so we after that, took 25 minutes for a banana fritter and we said just give us the bill and cancel it. They made us wait for the banana critter before the bill. The music was a shocking top 100 in our ears from the speaker. They just ignored us most of the night and...
This is the worst restaurant I have ever came. I ordered a takeaway PHO (Vietnamese beef noodle soup) for the most costly price ever in Melbourne $16 whereas other restaurants only charge around $10-$13. I was so disappointed with only a few pieces of beef and mint leaves. But the scariest part was something suspicious in it...something looks like rubber band. Also the soup was full of MSG that made me feel so thirsty after eating. Then the next day I got sore throat. I definitely never come back to this poor quality but high price restaurant. So if anyone wants to try this place, please think again because you can be the next victim of this unethical conduct here.
Tho Tho used to be a very good Victoria Street restaurant some years ago. No longer though. We three went there last Friday night and we were extremely disappointed. The food was over fried and near inedible at times and we left much of it. The service was nothing short of abominable. It was terrible! There’s a reason the restaurant was only about a quarter full. It’s no longer any good. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place is awful. The worst I’ve ever been to on this iconic strip. Strong recommendation: avoid at all costs.
I’m very sad to hear such a wonderful restaurant has closed. It holds a very special place in my heart as I met my Dad for the very first time here. He passed away 2 years ago and we never got to have another dinner at Tho Tho’s. Thank you for the great food and incredible memories you helped create that night. ????????

Below average Asian food. The space is rather large spacious. It can fit big groups quite easily. The vibe felt a bit disjointed. FOOD We shared a wide variety of dishes amongst the group. The serving sizes were decent but the flavour was average the meat was too soft/oily. Service was fine, nothing overly memorable.
Horrible place to eat, decreasing portion size, bad management. Complained about the food portion and no resolution. Also, its very quiet on a public holiday (only us and another table). This place will definitely close soon. Do not go here.
Really delicious food with a wide variety of cheap eats. The staff are an added bonus, opting to stay open late just for my friends I last night (without making us feel rushed at all). Will definitely be returning ????
what a disappointment this place has become! not sure if it has changed hands but the customer service is now appalling they cannot even provide a plastic fork with a take away lunch

Sad and disappointing. Great memories from my childhood and growing up loving this place. Unfortunately our family won’t be back. All good thing have to come to an end.
