The service we received was disappointing. After being seated, our server failed to ask about our drink preferences. We had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes before the server returned to take our drink order and deliver our beverages. Unfortunately, it took another 10 minutes for someone to take our food order. When our meals finally arrived 15 to 20 minutes later, we found that the fries were overcooked. To add to our frustration, the customers at the next table had already received and finished their meals by the time ours were served. Additionally, several televisions were out of order, so we were unable to watch the sports games. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
I ordered the Rivertown chicken entree, and it was very dry. They just placed the chicken on the plate without much care. I was supposed to receive French fries with it, but they never arrived. Instead, I got a salad. After taking two bites of the chicken, I called the waitress over to express my concerns about it. She asked if I wanted something else, so I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It was okay, but not great. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Went here on a Friday evening for dinner with the family. First thing upon walking in the door is a gross, mildew smell which thankfully dissapated in the dining room. The decor is eclectic, which was kind of neat, but the restaurant just feels old and dingy. Completely outdated and just not a pleasant space to be in. The food was decent enough. Just wasn't wowed by anything; the atmosphere, food, service. Not a place I'd be jumping to come back to.
First time experience and it was good. The server was nice but maybe..had a hard time hearing. Our salads didn't come out before our food. My steak was more medium well than medium and we had to ask for a lot of stuff we had already asked for from the beginning like ketchup, mustard and extra napkins. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience though. The restaurant was nice, we liked the environment.

People were amazing and really sweet. Gave us everything we needed within a great time and everything was also hot and fresh! We got our pictures taken and it’s awesome because I wanted memories to take back home. Thank y’all!
Here for a weekend with the family. Stopped by Thornys for a meal and this place is great. Family atmosphere and we got our family pictures taken by amazing photographer named Simi from Hollywood pictures.
We had a great supper there Kid-friendliness: Lots of room Wheelchair accessibility: No trouble to enter!!
The food and people who work there are amazing!! Ribs and steaks are to die for!
