the two stars are because this is a clean and well maintained facility. the menu offers lighter meals and sandwichs at a cheaper price. I don't mind paying a premium for good food, but unfortunately I was disappointed after a very long wait...left. if I pay for a sandwich near seven pounds, I expect that the brot is from a baker quality and this could easily come from the bakers who are a few shops away. the filling and addition orders were also not to be expected and felt that they were prepared by someone with little catering experience and care. it is sad that I must write this review as I support the companies on hayling island for a long time, but I am not going to return to this caffe...

went for an early mother's breakfast and not very much to choose and very overpriced for what they get so chose a tuna sandwich let us wait almost an hour as they still served breakfast, but much personal and...not many customers so don't make sense, thunfisch had not been properly abandoned and a mouthful of the cheapest coleslaw half kirsche tom and a prise

what a great fund this morning when we reached the billy trail. light, bright, immaculate clean and warm, welcoming, helpful staff. tasty, welcome cuppas at a good price. not eaten, but the cake selection was good and looked very welcoming. a good choice... on the menu to make reasonable trips. a little jewel worth a visit.

have just discovered this little gem of a caffe on hayling island. we stopped after the walk on the Billy path for tee, coffee and cake, my man says that his latte was the best he tasted and the cake was also delicious. the personal is...political and friendly, we will definitely be immersed in this caffe.

Lovely little coffee shop with some great food and very reasonable prices. Best flat white I’ve had as well. Friendly staff and the service is quick.
