The only downside was that our waitress was not very friendly. She didn't mention the special holiday drinks until after we ordered. It was a busy Saturday night, so I understand that things can get hectic. We had to ask for water, which I thought was a standard service. She didn't check on our table frequently, but it didn't bother us too much. However, others might find it a bit frustrating. My fiancé and I had an engagement party here and it was such a great experience. Kaylee was a wonderful event coordinator and made the planning process stress-free. During the event, Ryan was there to help out with anything we needed. He was also great and helped the event run so smoothly. Overall, our experience was amazing!
