Three Embers - Réserver une table

The good and the bad we were going to see gypsy tonight at the Lincolnshire Marriott, so we made a reservation at the embers restaurant for dinner. The menu is very sophisticated, much too much so for me they had three salads available on the menu. All of them were hot I don't go for hot lettuce or hot beets, or anything that should be cold hot When I asked the waiter if he could procure me just a lettuce and tomato salad with their champagne vinaigrette dressing he told me no it's very sophisticated restaurant didn't have any lettuce huh so I did not have a salad and they're only a couple things on the menu for non-sophisticated palate like mine. I ordered the salmon, and so did my wife and it was to die for it was so good they put it on a bed of a rice material and covered it with cranberries and it was some spinach under it and it was just delicious. I had a coupon that came for the place sitting on the table but when he charged us for the dinner, he didn't use the coupon, and when I brought it to his attention, he said it was too late the next time I came, they would give me a discount anyway I'll give this three stars because the food was delicious but everything else was not to my taste

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Our server, Anna, took great care with my gluten allergy. The chef made adjustments and I had the best Carrot-Ginger Soup that was delicious! All the flavors in our entrees complimented each other. Hubby's dish was a little too charred at the ends but tasted good. Timing on each course was perfect. Chef stopped by to check on us; had a nice chat and he seems very committed to his craft.

Was there with group to see a play in theater in same building. The luncheon was delicious...a choice between fish and chicken. I had the pecan in crusted fish...I was very happy with the choice. The service was first class. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Great food, artfully presented, with a wonderful staff that look after each other. The new salted caramel creme brûlée had a rich texture, flavor off the charts. They know what they're doing backstage and front stage.
