It was busy at the time and I had the family with me so we waited patiently for table to free up. After a while, a family finished and left so we sat down. Once we sat down, we get told by the owner (worker? to get out and then she gave the double table to a single person. Was left perplexed because the bench was empty and suitable for a single diner. Very rude and poor service. After reading the reviews on the food, guess we dodged a bullet in the end.

I absolutely adore this nearby restaurant and visit it at least once or twice a week. Their pho is top-notch, and I consider myself a pho connoisseur. The service is quick, efficient, and delightful, and the owner, (The Boss Lady's Name), is a pleasure to interact with. They never fail to impress. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Keep up the great work, guys. That's why we continue to return.

When I informed the person in charge, they did not acknowledge the issue. This experience occurred during a dine-in lunch service with prices ranging from A$1 to A$20 per person.

I ordered the broken rice with pork, but unfortunately the pork was tough and cold. I also had to wait around for 20 minutes before my food was finally served. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
