We had reservations for 6 people for 11:30. We were seated on time. We placed our orders. One gal asked for coffee. It was warm. She needed to have it reheated. I asked for Sprite. I got the equivalent. It tasted like seltzer. I asked for rootbeer which the waitress did bring me. We didn’t get our food until after 12:30. We noticed that people who came in after us,got their food and we were still waiting. We asked our waitress when we’re we getting our food and she said they have a biggroup in another room. Ordered the Beef Wellington with Parmesan Garlic Potatoes and the salas bar. Omg the salad bar was amazing. It had 2 soups plus all the fixings to have a salad to die for. We also ordered 4 cheese stuffed mushrooms. They where also amazing. When it cameto the Beef Wellington I was not impressed. The puff pastry was raw I was looking for a nice golden brown crust. As you see inthe photos it was not a flaky crust. The hubby also had Beef Wellington with fries and asparagus. He also agreed that thecrust was not cooked property. We would go back to try other items on the menu. Very cool place to look at all the nativeamerican items and motif.
