Terrible delivery time, cold and awful pizza, wrong order, and utterly dreadful customer service—DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I used to be a regular fan of Ticino’s pizza and pasta delivery when it was under previous management, and it was always great. But since changing hands, it has definitely gone downhill. I ordered a large margherita pizza for $19, a lemonade, and a chocolate mousse, and was told it would arrive within 40 minutes. I live only 10 minutes away by car.
