This pub is located on a quaint side street off of Teddington Crescent. As we passed by, we noticed people enjoying beer and food outside on a lovely sunny day. The menu offers traditional English cuisine and is quite delightful. While slightly pricier than other establishments, the quality certainly justifies the cost. The lady behind the bar was friendly and welcoming, a refreshing change from the usual arrogance often found in restaurant and pub staff. The gentleman working there was also very pleasant and treated us like old friends. This is a reliable pub that we like to visit for our board game nights. The lighting is a bit dim but still okay. The tables are on the smaller side, but if you're lucky, you might snag one of the two large round tables when it's crowded. The average cost per person is £10–20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 3. We highly recommend trying the Chicken and Mushroom Pie.

Good warm cosy pub to have a drink in. Despite being a Greene King house a good selection of real ales on tap. I have not eaten here so cannot comment on the food, the beer though was in good condition and had a good chat in pleasant in a nice reasonably priced pub. Price per person: £10–20

Giving a 5star rating because apart from a lovely, warm and friendly atmosphere and service, a glass of prosecco is £5.85 an absolute delight compared to other local pubs charging between £8-£11...What's not to love! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
