Great view and great fish tacos definitely sit on the deck facing the sea and you'll love all that you take in its a good spot to watch the sun set and wonder why so many oil rigs are just out in the ocean a fascinating barge life too when you see these things coming in or in line to dock enjoy it here its special thank you Tidewater tavern your staff is wonderful

Had a great Saturday afternoon meal in this local tavern and barbecue. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fried Calamari Steak appetizer is a must. Tasteful entrees, friendly service. I didn't cost the iced tea. Would recommend this for family, friends or couples-went to fletcher bay and go beach after it.

Wonderful happy hour. Gourmet style plates with good quantity and great prices. Take the Coaster train to Solana Beach. Tidewater is right across the street.

Great local facilities with cold drinks and great tacos. Been converted with an open air feeling. I have to meet this place on your next pub.

Bummed to find the place closed. Enjoyed it every time we visited Solana Beach.
