Workers were cool, not super friendly but also not rude. Your not going to get a warm smile greeting but they are busy so I suppose they are to busy to smile, coffee is always on point. The main reason for the 3 out of 5 is because there was no Wi-Fi connection. For an established coffee shop, there is absolutely no excuse. They have Wi-Fi just not for customers. It's literally the only reason I went. To study on my lap top well sip'n on some Java. I ended up using my hot spot on my phone which worked decent enough thankfully, or I'd have made the trip for nothing. Drinks are delicious and worth the price. My complaint here is the staff. I?m always going to the this location and the last few times I?ve been here they take a long time to give me my order. I understand the drinks are handcrafted and all, but they takeway to long because the workers are taking their sweet time talking to each other, joking around and literally walking aroundlooking clueless as what to do. This time I ordered through drive thru, and my drinks were sitting on the counter for about 5minutes, I waited a whole hour and 10 minutes at the window, just for 3 drinks. Now don 't get me wrong, I love the frappes and muffins. However, today (11/19/22) around 6:40pm, the drive thru cashier was rude. She kept rushing us as we were ordering. After my mother and I finished, she repeated everything we had ordered. Up untilwhen we arrived at the window, we didn 't get one of our items. It wasn 't listed in the receipt. We told her our missing item andall she said was um, no you didn 't . She had clear glasses and wavy brown hair. I get there was a long line, but there is noneed to give attitude.
The man that was there was not happy to take our money. Not disrespectful but not in a good mood. A happy atmosphere will help your customers willing to pay more. Perhaps I got the wrong person today. It’s ok. But not going back because of him and the staff not know who and where the owners are from and where they get their coffee.

I've only tried their horchata frappe, mazapan frappe, and rice beans frappe so far, all of which were delicious! I was visiting my boyfriend who lives in California for a week and we came here multiple times because of how much I enjoyed it. Iwill be back to try some of their pastries and update my review.
Actually horrible. Extremely overpriced; paid 30 for 4 pieces of bread, a coffee and a Frappuccino. The coffee tasted like instant coffee. They made the trap once and then threw it away just to make it exactly the same again. Please don’t come here, just drive a bit more and go to Porto’
I had the Trees Leches Strawberry muffin and a Cafecto Cubano con Leche. They were delicious. They have a chocolate and an original favored Trees Leches Muffin. The service was fantastic, and the coffee was excellent.
The first coffee place I visited in Cali. I had the Horchata Latte. It was delicious. Very friendly staff.
