Tierra Roja - Réserver une table

Tierra Roja is a restaurant I had seen for a place to have a nice meal in the Chia area. I'm not sure why I never really went, but last Friday I visited a friend for his birthday. At first I thought we had made a mistake because my friend did not eat pigs or shells – something that was shown prominently on the menu – but we found several things to order. We shared several tapas and shared one of the main dishes of the Entenpaella. I can only say I didn't expect such a lush meal. Everything was like being on Spain; from the flavors to the secrecy of the location, given the magnitud of Bogota and its surroundings. The owner’s personal approach to explain every dish and preparation gives it a whole other sense. Great value!

The best restaurant I've ever seen. World-class dishes, with excellent service. The attention to detail was different from any other restaurant we have ever visited. The atmosphere was very welcoming and elegant.
