They have a self order kiosk that some people had some trouble with which makes the line to order a bit painful, but luckily that means the wait for your drink isn't bad! We got ours in ~5 mins. Strawberry matcha I really liked the matcha flavor, but this is painfully sweet with no option to reduce sugar. I would only go for this if you like drinks 100% sweet and up!Black milk tea w brown sugar boba I wanted to try a classic and this delivers! Creamy and delicious flavor milk tea, and the boba is good consistency.

Their specialty is the black sugar milk tea products. The bobas were chewy, that's a plus. However my hot black sugar milk tea with red beans was still too sweet for 25% sugar level, next time I'm gonna try no sugar.Ambience was very comfortable and vibrant with clean set-up and spotless floor. It was the cleaninest milk tea shop I've stepped in. Staff was friendly and polite.Keep up the good work!

I've only had their black sugar fresh milk w/boba drink. It's one of the better ones in the Bay Area. So please note that the stars only apply to my drink. I will change/update my ratings when deemed appropriate.

Wish there was a dairy free Thai tea, but everything else was great. I got a jasmine soy tea on ice. The flavors was deliciously strong yet well balanced floral notes with cold soy

this place sucked. the hello kitty drink was nothing like the picture!! also it tasted terrible! too sweet. i reccomend u NEVER go here.
