The food is average. Small menu. They did not put queso on the nachos. It clearly says on the menu that the queso is on the loaded nachos. We brought the person behind the counter over to the table and pointed out there was no queso cheese on the nachos, but he insisted there was queso cheese on the nachos. It was very obvious it was not on there. So we carried the chips to the counter and asked somebody else, and they agreed there was no queso on the nachos . How we ended up with this most difficulty in this restaurant over caso cheese sauce on the nachos is mind-blowing. Eventually, we were given a cup of cheese to put on the nachos.
Visited during lunch today with hopes of a quick burrito. I was surprised to see only three employees during such a busy hour, which led to a 15-minute wait just to order. When I finally got to the counter, I was informed of an additional 30-minute wait for my meal. Given that it was my lunch break, I had no choice but to leave without ordering. While the food quality is typically good, today's service was disappointing. It's essential to have adequate staffing during peak hours to ensure timely service.
