After online booking we were bombarded with email and SMS reminders (12 overall, within about 30 minutes, which was slightly irritating. remember that the repeated reminders told us that our assigned time was 75 minutes. Walked past here numerous times seen it was always busy so decided to stop in as we love Indian. We were left to ourselves to figure out how to do there way of ordering. Placed our hand written order for our drinks which were...reasonably priced cocktails. Great food and a very expansive menu. You got so much choice its almost too much choice! The food was well presented and plentiful. It arrived in good time we didnt have to wait long. The vibes are really fresh and upbeat ...love the decor. The staff seem to do their best to serve you in what is a very busy environment. Overall a great find in Canberra! The only let down was the bathroom which wasnt up to par for a place like this. It was not very clean and the door was not locking properly. order chole naan by their website online . no domes given. contacted tikka take them directly to home. No one reacts. E-mail/arrange and place them online contact us form. no answer. to add the review -naan was nothing like naan. it was more like...papad .(they add old yeast? . so before the business closed by the food sept in the august, tikka eating always gave a bauche pain; especially the naans. that was the first time we decided to try after the opening, but nothing has changed.

Excellent find…a gluten-free friendly Indian restaurant. Can’t believe I was able to have a dosa. And it was so delicious 10/10 for the dosa. Prawn were ok but couldn’t match the dosa or the chicken tikka sticks. Service was attentive and super friendly. Will definitely...return with the family. Such an extensive menu. Lots to experiment.
huge menu with so many Indian joys to choose reasonable trips I would choose a spicy chicken noodle dish it was ok but would not order again I would go with a curry as that is what my husky and daughter had and was very delicious. May...Thai cocktail was delicious and a good price at $13.
If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The service was so bad you even have to write your own order. The food was the worst Indian I have eaten I could have got better from packet at the supermarket. I couldn't even...Drink the cocktails. Never again will I go there.
Delicious, fast, friendly and good value. I've eaten here a few times now, as I work in the city. If you haven't given this place a go yet, you are missing out on a good feed. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful.
