Two lovely people seemed to be closing when I walked in; very fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were out of a few donuts I wanted but I expected that seeing how late I came in. To my understanding Tim hortons ratio for cream and sugar is different then anywhere else. Alright that’s fine, so I got used to 1 cream 2 sugars. Maybe 1 out of 10 times I will get the sugar. Maybe the machine is broke not sure but it’s annoying when you pay over 3$ for coffee and don’t get it the way you order it.
I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day, and I’m really disappointed by the service. The staff are consistently rude and never acknowledge customers no greeting, no thank you. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re a regular. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
