My daughter brought me a hot chocolate around 9:30 PM, and it was the worst I've had in my 30 years living in Toronto. It tasted like nothing more than hot water with just a hint of chocolate. My wife's hot chocolate was similar. Then today, she got me a French vanilla from a different location in Milton (Thompson Louis at St. Laurent Ave), and it was only filled about 70% in a medium cup and tasted very watery. Since moving to this area, we have been consistently disappointed with Tim Hortons. I want to leave a review about an Oakville Place employee. similar to shift leader or manager as she acts sassy and terribly rude to customers and employees. very often I notice how clients begin to quarrel with her, creatinga queue of dissatisfied customers, pours half a cup of coffee does not respond to requests at all. shows rudeness and twists her face. there is no desire to come to Tims to replace her. turn around and leave. If I'm not mistaken, the girl's name is Nancy. my morning begins with Tims, but I will never go there if she is there.
I was there this morning at 10:15 intended to buy cooffee and try the new twist...I noticed couple of flies on the donuts, pointed out to the middle age woman it's seems dos not wanted to be there said it's normal the doors,are open and we don't have control over it???? We visited this location after seeing the owners of this location donated a bunch of supplies to the Oakville Fire Dept for their camp Blaze which is a camp for young women looking to become firefighters. Generosity like this, giving back to the community, we wanted to support this location and their other one on Lakeshore. Thank you.
