When it came time to pay, the young man told me that my card was declined. I have a company card with a high limit, and he attempted to process it three times without success. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this location. Instead of being straightforward about not wanting to sell me the donuts, they claimed my card couldn't be processed.
Frustrated, I went to Dunkin' instead and spent $100 without any issues or negativity. The staff at this donut shop were rude and clearly uninterested in making a sale. I won’t be returning and hope the owner will consider training their employees to be more courteous and attentive to customers.
Came in on Saturday to get drinks and donuts after a walk with my dog. My phone was about dead and I’m new to the area so I had asked for directions but the response I got was jaw dropping. The man said in a very rude tone of voice “don’t you have a phone.” . I came back this afternoon to get some donuts and they were also super rude. Im not sure how you guys do things around the area but hopefully you don’t treat everyone how you treated me and my family.
Loved stopping here as we are from Nova Scotia visiting this area. The coffee n doughnuts were fresh and tasty. Would have given 5 stars except the young lady on the drive through mic window was speaking too fast to understand which caused us to repeat a few different times to her that we could not understand what she was saying. Hint, SLOW YOU SPEECH AND SPEAK CLEARLY.
My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two iced coffees. Unfortunately, we weren't greeted at all, and both of our coffees were watered down, as if they had been prepared long before we arrived. The only positive note was that the lady handed us two extra straws, which made us laugh a little.

Go in the morning!!! Don't bother going in the afternoon after 2:00! Lazy workers, attitude given, and playing on their mics. Morning crew is very chill hard working!!!
I had a cafe mocha and some Timbits at a charming spot in downtown Troy, OH. The employees were incredibly sweet and attentive.
I get coffee in the mornings and I got someone else's coffee not what I ordered other than that service is ok
Food and service was great. They need to work on uplifting the place. Would order driver thru next time.
