I believe in giving praise where it's due, and I want to take a moment to recognize the morning staff at this restaurant! As someone who works in the medical field, I understand the importance of having good coffee and breakfast to kickstart the day. Since I started visiting this place, the team has consistently exceeded my expectations! My drinks are always delicious, and the food is incredibly fresh. Their bagels are the best I've had—soft and satisfying, unlike the thin, hard ones you find at other places. A huge thank you to the morning crew for being my heroes and making my mornings fantastic! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
I had a disappointing experience at this location. While driving to work, I took a sip of my triple triple coffee, and it had no flavor—just unpalatable black coffee. At nearly $3, that's pretty steep, especially considering the staff seemed unable to properly prepare a coffee. Honestly, this place would be better off closing down because they've lost my daily business, and I doubt I'm the only one who feels this way. This happened at 7:00 a.m. on April 18, 2024.
I really enjoy the coffee and food at this place. However, I should mention that there are no customer bathrooms available. The Citgo located in the same building has two restrooms, but we were informed that they are only for employees. We even purchased gas and some donuts, but our request to use the restroom was denied. I don’t recommend this place!
It's one of those places where the staff seems to bring their personal drama to work, resulting in a hurried and careless atmosphere. Alternatively, it feels like the staff might be on some kind of energy boost, zipping around. Unfortunately, this chaotic energy affects the quality of both the coffee and the donuts.

Worst franchise of them all, not only are there a bunch of snobby teenagers working who can't get any portion of customer service correct, they always mess my order up and this last time around screwed me on my app deal . So thanks for that, gave ya 3 chances and you failed every time. I won't ever come here again.
