Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

Slow service inside. Drive-thru is a different ordeal every time. (UPDATE) Usually I don 't say much about fast food places, I 'm not a picky person whatsoever and usually take whatever is given to me without issue. I 've had issues with this this Tim 's about 6 times in a row now. Today (Aug.6,21) we came through to get two drinks. We were the only one 's in line at all, they got one of our drinks completely wrong after already kindly correcting them at the speaker. Then the younger lady brought the correct drink and spilled part of it all over my hand when she smashed it into my hand and closed the window. Even McDonald's manages to serve customers in the order they arrive, unlike this place. To add to my frustration, I ordered two almond milks and one sugar, as I am lactose intolerant. However, the almond milk didn’t really change the color of my coffee much—it looked more like cream than anything else. I’ll follow up with a photo or video to illustrate my experience.

This Tim Hortons is terrible. The coffee is always old and never hot. They don't add the sugar you ask for or stir your drink. Im afraid to order food because i got apple fritter donuts from there and the center was doughy and not baked. This place went downhill fast. I can't believe they're still open how bad the service and food is.

I’m giving this Tim Hortons a 5-star rating because of Janice, the lady at the window! She always serves with a smile and brightens my day along with my coffee. Thank you for being so kind! Would have been 1 star but the 5am staff were great the 8 mornings I came in for a coffee. The evening staff are terrible at customer service and take forever to get in store orders completed.

**Parking:** Accessing some of the parking spots can be tricky when the drive-thru line stretches almost to the street. **Kid-friendliness:** Yes. **Wheelchair accessibility:** Yes.

Incredible staff! This team should consider taking a trip to Regina to teach some of the subpar Tim Hortons locations a thing or two about accuracy and customer service!

They tend to be short-staffed during busy times, but other than that, their food and drinks are mostly very good. Réservez une table maintenant
