I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I understand that my complaints may not change much, but I believe it’s important to share my experience for others to know. I went through the drive-thru with a simple order for three drinks and a request to buy some hockey cards. Despite it not being busy, they didn't have my order on the screen and didn't repeat it back to me, which made me feel rushed during the ordering and payment process. After paying, I realized they hadn’t given me my hockey cards. When I went inside to inquire, I was told that my order hadn't been processed correctly and I would have to pay the full price for the cards. They acknowledged it was their mistak...

This Tim Hortons has the worst service out of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. I continued trying to go here and hoping one day it’ll get better but it never does. Mobile ordering is virtually pointless because you have to wait in line and tell them that you placed a mobile order. That may take up to 25 minutes, because they do nothing to serve the inside restaurant it’s only the drive-through they care about And if you’re lucky, you will get what you actually ordered.

I expect to be treated with the same attention as the guests in commercials, as if I’m the most important customer. The restaurant should prioritize the front counter just as much as the drive-thru, focusing on both speed and service quality. While there are about 8 to 10 employees, there’s only one person handling all the counter orders. It's frustrating to hear that they need to work faster, especially when the drive-thru staff struggles to keep up when it's busy.

Went through drive through and half way through ordering she told us to pull ahead. I said I wasn’t done ordering and after a minute she told us to pull ahead again. When I got to the window I asked if I could finish ordering and she gave me a blank stare and refused to let me finish my order. Brutal customer service Réservez une table maintenant

Been going there since they since they built it awesome place friendly staff .There is one person that's works part time his name is Dylan he has no PR towards customer's and is very rude to me something has to be done or said to

Not the first time, they usually manage to mess up an order somehow. They do not know how to make a london fog properly, and sometimes when you order a hot chocolate, you get watered down hot chocolate.
