Strange and horrible, Entire bill was paid off and I did not order anything else; however, 400 pts were taken off my account as a separate transaction. I went back to ask why, a young woman gave me a phone number and said call this phone and get your points back . When I asked if I could have something else instead, she said she could not give me anything for free. Were 400 pts taken off for nothing, instead of throwing out a cold face?It was not even worth one star.
No toilet paper at all. Very dirty. bathrooms. The quality of Tim Hortons has gone waaaaay down hill. The staff couldn’t care less about it either. Their new staff have lowered the store standards dramatically. I won’t be returning. It’s not just this Tim Hortons. The one in oxford NS had their toilet paper in a donut box on the floor.
Absolutely terible short staff ok only drive thru ok. If I walk to drive thru and ask them for first item they don’t have that another item another answer we don’t have that. I think will be way better close this place until they have all items what they offer. Sorry for local unbelievable
