I visited this location tonight, December 20, 2023 and I left very upset and unsettled.I frequently visit this location as it is the nearest one near my house. I waited in line behind a couple who bought a few gift cards, a lady with 3 kids who also bought gift cards and some food. I was aware that gift card purchases take a bit longer. So I wait until it’s my turn. I got to the register and I told the associate that I want to load 10 gift cards. She saw a customer behind me and asks me “do you mind if I serve him first because you have a lot of cards?” I said “yes, I do mind. I’ve been waiting patiently.” She proceeds to look past me and asks the man behind what he’s buying, completely igno...

November 20/23 8:25:30 PM CASIER SHIFT 2.. I ordered a small hot chocolate, I received an original blend with milk. Brought it to the cashiers attention. She gave me a hot chocolate. I asked for a receipt, but she charged me for the coffee saying that was cheaper than the hot chocolate. I simply wanted the receipt for the hot chocolate. I don’t care if it was cheaper. She argued trying to tell me it was cheaper, I was quite perplexed that she was arguing with a customer about price. The hot chocolate was cold. I asked for a refund got my refund, then went over to McDonald’s and got a hot chocolate. Terrible service. This person needs to be retrained in order to deal with the public properly...

Despite the Tim Hortons app clearly confirming my order, my name was never called after I returned to my seat. When I inquired about my order, I encountered rudeness from the staff. To add to the disappointment, the dark roast coffee I received tasted just like regular coffee. Overall, this experience, marked by inadequate customer service and below-average food quality, makes me strongly advise against visiting this location. I sincerely hope that Tim Hortons management addresses these concerns and provides their employees with proper training in customer service and etiquette.

It is one of the slowest for inside sales as the high priority is drive through. There can be 3 or 4 staff working on drive through and only one at the front cash, enev though there is a long line up at the cash. I asked for an empty cup so I could get a cup of water and was going to be charged 20 cents for an empty cup. So insulting. It is one of the dirtiest restaurants as the tables are always filthy and has garbage on the tables. The trash cans inside are always over flowing with garbage. This is not a one time issue. I'm sorry but this is a little ridiculous. I go to multiple different Tim Hortons and there's never a problem only at this location they do not understand how to take a proper order whatsoever. Every time you ask for a combo you never get all items in the combo. Then they argue with you saying that you didn't when you fully did. I do not understand what is so hard at this location. Tim Hortons please deal with this because it's so frustrating even ordering a coffee from here.

I frequently receive incorrect orders at this restaurant. The staff often speaks in their own language right in front of customers, which feels uninviting. It's ironic that I was the third car in line and they weren't busy, yet they still got my order wrong. The bagel with egg I ended up with was disappointing—chewy and without any butter. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed since I was on my break.

I ordered food and waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window, they told me that the items I ordered were out of stock. Seriously? Why did they make me wait so long?

Great place great workers specifically like this one guy named Randev great guy makes my foods and drinks really well . Hard worker and always in a good mood. He should get a PROMOTION!
