If I could give this place a rating of zero, I absolutely would. I had a shocking experience at the Tim Horton's on Ferry Ave today. I used the scan and pay option, but was informed that it wasn't working, so my husband ended up using his debit card to pay for our order, which totaled $17.58. Later, when I checked my account, I saw that the charge had gone through on both of our accounts—essentially, we were double charged. It's astonishing that a multimillion-dollar company can't reimburse me the extra $17.58. I asked how I could get my money back, especially since I'm not from PG, but they had no answers for me. I experienced the most unprofessional attitude at this location today. First, we waited approximately 20 minutes for service even though we were the only customer in line. There were plenty of staff members, but everyone avoided eye contact and most were just gossiping. When asked for the Manager, a staff member with name tag Miths stepped forward, said he is the Manager, very rudely told us that they are all working and I should contact Customer Service if there is a problem. I had a disappointing experience with customer service yesterday. A woman named Manpreet completely ignored me while I was trying to place my order, opting instead to talk to a Skip the Dishes driver. Even after her coworkers told her to assist me, she continued chatting with the courier, even pausing mid-transaction to speak with him. She handed me my coffee and muffin without uttering a single word. Overall, there was minimal communication, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
It's a pretty good Tim Hortons. I’ve had some trouble using my mobile coupons here on occasion. The drive-thru is fairly efficient, but the layout is quite confusing. I often think I'm going the right way, only to find others taking a different route. It can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. The one on Massey is much better organized. However, the staff at this location are friendly and work quickly. Keep up the great work!

I'm fairly certain that the first Tim Hortons on Spruce Street was one of the original locations in Canada, which means I've been enjoying Timmy's coffee for quite a while. However, I'm frustrated by the apparent lack of consideration from the Tim Hortons corporation for fans of their raspberry-filled donuts. As someone who orders an extra-large coffee with two creams and two shots of espresso, I want my donuts back!
4 days in a row now I have ordered though the mobile app, 10 mins before I arrive at the store. Every time, I am waiting and waiting until finally I have to go to the counter and ask about my order. They act as if they never knew about it when it is clearly displayed on the order screen for all to see. The coffee is never made how it is ordered resulting in more time wasted.
I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I stood at the counter for three minutes during my lunch break, and not one of the five employees behind the counter bothered to take my order. I ended up leaving and going to another place for lunch. I will NEVER return to that location again. It’s the worst Tim Hortons in Prince George.
This Tim's location is usually one of the better ones in Prince George, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered an apple fritter donut, and it was frozen on the inside while the icing on the outside was runny. I thought these were supposed to be baked fresh daily, but it seems that's not the case.

I attempted to order a crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap, but they were out of bacon, so I switched to a turkey bacon club. However, when I got home to eat it, I discovered they had used maple bacon instead, which completely ruined the flavor of my sandwich. This has now happened to me for the 11th time.
The restaurant is clean and the staff is well-trained. Every time I visit PG, I often order food from Tim.
