Worst Tim Horton 's outlet I 've ever visited. We are from out of town, stopped in with kids after hockey at 9pm (closes at 10pm), absolutely no customer service. They had already cleared out their food for the day, not 1 piece of food to be purchased, we stood at the counter for 5 minutes, the workers were busy cleaning, saw us but refused to make eye contact or initiate any kind of conversation. I ended up asking them if they had anything to eat and they said no , so we walked out. How bizarre. If you are open till 10pm, you should be serving food till 10pm, not clear everything out and ignore customers. Would never, ever return to this outlet, EVER.

Couldn?t make a hazelnut cold brew if their lives depended on it. What I received was basically just cold foamy milk. The drink is supposed to be brown, this is completely white. Took you people 10 minutes to make a drink incorrectly? And fast food workers think they deserve $15/hr? What a joke.

Perpetually sold out of items (like chicken soup). 5 random times within a month. Glad they?re doing good, but restock, you missed a $30+ meal order 5x now. And I don?t want to waste my time standing in line again? so I just won?t be back.

Saw flies inside the glass on bagels and muffins. Told the kid at the counter and he just nodded like he doesn?t cares. Good thing I was only passing by this location and won?t be coming back here.

Good location for a cruise night every Saturday lots of free parking and free wifi too.
