If you're a delivery driver, be prepared for a frustrating experience. The staff often ignore you and make the order process much slower than at other locations, treating you poorly in the process. They can come across as condescending, frequently threatening to refuse service to delivery drivers for unclear reasons. If you decide to order from this Tim Hortons through a delivery app, expect to wait, as they typically start preparing orders only after you've arrived for pickup. Communication is lacking, and it's rare to receive a friendly response. Additionally, they expect you to bring your own bags for every order, as if purchasing bags doesn't come with its own costs.

Overall, the food is great, but the service inside leaves much to be desired. The staff seems too preoccupied with chatting and laughing, which results in slow service. They should definitely prioritize attending to customers more promptly. Additionally, it would be a good idea for all staff members to wear gloves while serving.

I experienced poor customer service during my visit. The girl at the window didn’t respond to my greeting and made an odd face while taking my order. This occurred between 7:45 and 8:00 am on February 28th. Such behavior is unacceptable.

For vegetarians, there are a few options like the cilantro lime veggie and the habanero veggie wraps. However, if you're vegan, be sure to specify that you don’t want any sauce included in your wrap when ordering.

Tim's is okay, but I prefer Country Style. The main problem is that Tim's frequently messes up orders. Their sandwiches used to be larger, and they offered a wider variety.
