Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I get that staff are likely underpaid and overworked so I have tried to be patient in past despite my order being continuously messed up or needing to repeat myself multiple times.This morning I had another awful experience and will not be returning. When I went through drive thru there were no cars in front of me but the girl kept cutting me off or talking over me. I couldn't even finish what I was saying and she tried to rush me to come up. I clarified my order several times. I ordered a coffee with 3 sugars, new Bailey's latte and 6 holiday smile cookies. When it comes to dining out, my heart belongs to this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The menu was extensive and full of delicious options, making it hard to choose just one dish. In the end, the food was absolutely incredible - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was nothing short of amazing. I can't wait to come back for more.

Just went threw the drive threw and ordered 2 ice coffees with caramel shots in both, upon taking a sip of the ice coffees one has caramel but was horrible unstirred with all the flavour at the bottom and one doesn’t have an flavour shot in it which I paid for. I’m quite disappointed it was not a very complicated of an order so it’s either she wasn’t listening or didn’t care to pay attention. I don’t often go to this location but whenever I do I’m often disappointed on all aspects of my visit

Disgusting service, i waited for more than 25 minutes just for one plain bagel. Even after 25 minutes she came back n toasted it with cream .. not butter, i went back with those wrongly made bagels asked for new one, she again toasted it with cream, plus it was not toasted , it was cold. Absolutely ridiculous staff . And moreover i order steep tea triple triple, she gave me my steep tea without any sugar. Wasted my money as well as time. Never go to this tim.

Some employees need serious retraining. 4 young girls were on staff chatting while a single young man was filling all the orders. Food safety was also clearly not being followed as 2 of the 4 had put their fingers in their mouth, played with their hair and ears, and didn't wash their hands afterwards. Absolutely

Please be careful while buying food from here. We were served muffins with mold. When asked what if something happens to us the Manager was like Oh! you should be fine. She did not even bother to apologize. Very bad customer service. Don't you train your staff to apologize when they make a mistake?

If you ever have the opportunity, do not purchase anything from this restaurant. The food quality is the worst I have ever experienced and it only seems to be getting worse over time. The service is also terrible. 2 separate experiences, 2 disappointing outcomes.

I don’t goto this location too often but when I do, the staff is always above and beyond friendly that’s why I felt compelled to write a review. Keep up the great attitudes, you never know who’s day it can brighten up!

Staff should know the difference between cream and cold foam. Will never visit this location again as the staff is not trained properly and also my mood was upset for not having what I paid for.

The restaurant Too Good To Go was exceptional. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
