Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

We stopped here for coffee, donuts, and a quick bathroom break on our way to Calgary. Unfortunately, we left right after using the restroom because it was unclean, and the toilets barely flushed. The woman in the stall next to me was apologizing to the next person in line because her toilet wouldn’t flush completely. The bathroom access was absurd. Just as we were leaving, a bus had stopped and let everyone out for a break, making it incredibly difficult to navigate the bathroom area with two young kids. Based on our brief and unpleasant visit, we decided not to buy anything.

When I asked her to add something to my order, she ignored my request and yelled at me instead. This behavior is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope the owners take note of this, as regular customers will continue to visit, but if these issues persist, they risk losing us. Additionally, I noticed that there aren't many vegetarian options available. It would be great to see more choices for those who don't eat meat. Please improve the customer service and consider menu additions to enhance the dining experience.

The girl at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I had to wait about 5 minutes because their machine needed to reset. When I finally received my order, she practically slammed the machine down in front of me and handed over my drinks in a very snobby manner. Later that night, I returned in a different vehicle with my partner, and she was acting all charming, smiling and flirting with him while giving me glares. I will be speaking with the managers here in Red Deer, as well as the franchise owner. This behavior is unprofessional!

I can't speak to the food at this place. It's simply the location where the Canada Bus drops you off in Red Deer. The staff left me alone while I used their restroom, took a quick break, and ordered my Uber. I appreciated not feeling any pressure to make a purchase. Réservez une table maintenant

The service at this place is decent, but unfortunately, the food quality leaves much to be desired. I’ve ordered a breakfast sandwich twice, and both times the egg was cooked so poorly that it turned a grayish-green color. It was quite unappetizing.

I ordered a medium iced coffee without ice, and this is what I received. An employee named Mark was quite rude and told me that this is the quantity they serve. Honestly, I always order coffee this way.

The service was overly aggressive, making us feel rushed to the point of rudeness. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but it arrived with cold bread and unmelted cheese.
