I had the worst experience with customer service at this restaurant. The staff were rude, even towards the couriers. In all my five years of ordering here, no one has ever asked me to bring a phone or a thermal bag, which I wouldn't mind doing. However, the woman who prepared my order displayed unacceptable behavior. She first asked for my phone as if she suspected I was trying to steal their "five-dollar food," and then she nagged me about the thermal bag. It was pathetic; at the very least, she could have greeted me properly since the place was empty. I can only imagine how she would have treated me if I were ordering for myself. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable.

The store has a policy to clean and lock the bathrooms at 8pm when they close at 10. I'm sorry but the bathrooms should be open until the store closes!! The employees said the reason they do this is so the crackheads don't come in and OD! What?? If you serve food your bathrooms should be available to wash your hands and use the bathroom. I have asked them to open the door at 9 and they did finally let me in and guess what...the bathroom wasn't even cleaned!! Someone should do something to change the stores policy!!

Great food as always from Timmies. I often notice that the coffee lids I receive have an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of body odor. Regardless of personal beliefs, those working in the food service industry should be required to maintain good hygiene and shower regularly to avoid any unpleasant smells. Additionally, it’s probably not the best practice to scratch your armpit and then handle someone else's coffee lid. Réservez une table maintenant

Bought 20 timbits assorted this morning. All the chocolate timbits were hard. They did not taste fresh at all. The glaze left a film in my mouth. Completely unsatisfied and honestly such a disappointment for my daughter who loves the chocolate timbits.

I ordered the breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, as I’m not a fan of dry biscuits. Unfortunately, it came served on a biscuit and was only slightly warm. When I opened it to add some pepper, I discovered a black hair inside.

I visit this same Tim's every day and always order the same thing. The staff during the week are fantastic, but the weekend staff consistently mess up my order and the wait times are surprisingly long.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. They were one coffee short from my order, and the Boston cream donut I received had no cream in the middle. Overall, it was not a good experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Great staff. They were the only people inside to do drive-thru and in store contact at Tim Horton's.
