I visited this location at 9 AM to grab a French vanilla coffee and work on my laptop, but I couldn’t find a single clean table. In hindsight, I regret ordering the coffee. Now, at 10:30, I’ve been suffering from terrible cramps and chills for the past half hour. This place claims to open at 4 AM, but I don’t understand how they can operate for such long hours without enough staff to keep things clean. Given the decline in quality over the years, I should have expected nothing less than sheer greed from Tim Hortons. I guess I also have to take some responsibility for this experience.
I had an awful experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff seemed untrained and were quite unfriendly. The younger employees acted as if they were always correct, leading to arguments with customers. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed he wasn't available. I strongly advise staying away from this location.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a rush. The service is quite slow. Even when I place a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving, I often have to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes once I get inside. With 5 to 7 employees milling about and the restaurant not being busy, this shouldn't be happening.
I grab my coffee from this spot every morning and I'm very happy with the food—everything is excellent. However, the woman who takes the orders, Linda, can be quite rude and doesn't show respect to customers. I hope she can improve her attitude. Thank you.

I found hair in my food, which clearly shows that the restaurant needs to enhance its cleaning standards. This was especially disappointing because it was in the $10 grilled chicken wrap I ordered.
During my visit, I wasn't able to order any donuts. The iced cappuccino had an unpleasant taste, almost as if it were spoiled. Furthermore, the wrap was poorly assembled and only half-filled.
The restaurant tends to be quite busy in the mornings, which might delay the service a bit. However, the staff is very friendly and provides overall excellent service.
My boyfriend quickly popped in for a coffee and returned in under five minutes, commenting on how clean and well-managed the place was. Great job!

They completely messed up my order—like, really badly. I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if they just don't care!
They added sugar to my coffee even though I only asked for milk.
