The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and expertly prepared. As a local, I often visit and am always satisfied with both the food and drinks. The service is reliably good, particularly from two outstanding servers at the morning drive-thru. While they don't offer some of my favorite items, like peanut butter cookies (which I think Tim Hortons does best), their overall selection is impressive, and most items are usually available. I also appreciate their new fresh egg option; while it may not have the bold flavor of the previous recipe, I see this as a positive change. Additionally, the restaurant is always well-maintained and clean.

I've consistently received excellent service at this restaurant, but for the past week, the points scanner at the drive-thru has been out of order. I've mentioned this to the staff at the window and contacted customer service several times, but the issue remains unresolved. It's frustrating not being able to redeem my offers. As a loyal customer at this location, I really hope they can fix this problem soon.

This Tim Hortons is situated inside a gas station, which doesn't provide the most elegant atmosphere. Nevertheless, I have consistently enjoyed my visits. On my latest trip, the tea was freshly brewed, the service was quick and welcoming, and the restroom was clean. Although the seating area looked like it had been recently cleaned, the capacity was somewhat restricted due to COVID limitations.

The coffee has really become weak; what used to be a strong 50/50 blend has now dropped to about 1/20 in recent weeks. Lately, it feels like I've just been served mostly hot water, and the sugar at the bottom isn't even stirred! It's time to standardize the brewing amounts. I'm just one of the loyal customers who has decided to move on. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a drink that wasn’t prepared correctly, and for three visits in a row, I didn’t get my Roll Up the Rim scan. This has been my worst experience at a Tim Hortons. It was especially frustrating yesterday around 1 PM, when the place wasn’t even that busy.

I'm not sure what's happened to this place recently. It used to be my favorite Tim's in Mount Pearl. I always order black steeped tea, but during my last three visits, it has been quite disappointing. It honestly tastes watered down, almost like muddy water.

The restaurant does not offer specialty coffee and is missing even basic items such as different types of bagels or biscuits. The drive-thru menu is limited, and the service is rather slow. Additionally, there are no vegetarian options available.

I not only received the wrong order, but when I called to address the issue, they seemed uninterested in hearing my concerns. It might be best to steer clear of this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
