Tim Hortons - Réservation de table

I went to the drive-through on election day, at around 10:20 am. I purchased a egg english muffin with maple bacon, and upon opening the wrapper, I realized they had dumped a whole bunch of maple sauce inside the english muffin sandwich. Personally, at the age of 19 and having worked at two fast-food chains, I have no freaking idea how there was no quality check on what I was given. Not even exaggerating, it was the worst thing I have ever attempted to eat in my life, every single bite felt like I was consuming my maximum daily intake of sugar. More and more Tim Hortons close their room to do only drive thru, ON A SATURDAY, AT 10AM... WTH????This is clearly a sign they are not efficient enough to operate both counter and drive thru, or they just don't care... I had a mobile order and chose pick up (over drive thru), but could not go inside to pick it up, instead, I had to GO WALKING to the drive thru window to retrieve my already paid order. I refused to go in-line at the drive thru huge queue...If the order wasn't already paid, I would go somewhere else.

The people working there are rude!! The one with the piercings (I think It was the manager) was very impolite. She ruined our experience and has no sense of good customer service. When we opened up our order, everything was a mess and the ash-browns were undercooked, it was almost raw. I do not recommend this place on Sunday mornings just because she works there.

The new nasty trend is to lock customers out in freezing weather and refuse service since they are understaffed!How does the corporate Tim Hortons let this happen is beyond comprehension on the other hand?

The restaurant has a good flow to it, employees are kind and make sure they take your order right. No problem at this Tim Hortons! Had a great experience.

Got my coffee and was burnt. Discussed after I sat down and there nasty food everywhere. The washroom looks like it's never been clean in months

Staff is incompetent and slow, overall all over the place. Orders are frequently wrong.
