I recently had a frustrating experience at this location. I ended up being charged three times for a single iced coffee. Initially, I tried to pay twice using my app, but they told me it wasn't working. Finally, I used my Interac card, which went through. Afterward, I noticed that I was charged three times for the same drink. When I brought it to their attention, they informed me that they couldn't issue a refund. I won’t be returning to this location.
I visited the restaurant on a Saturday morning at 9 a.m., and to my surprise, there was only one register open. I waited for 15 minutes without even getting to place my order. In the meantime, five cars were moving through the drive-thru, while only two employees were working the front. One of them seemed to be mainly focused on packing skip orders. I don't blame the staff for the situation; it seems like a management issue.
I was delighted to find a Tim Hortons that stays open past 10 PM, giving me the opportunity to walk in and place an order! As a truck driver, this convenience is greatly appreciated. They even had bagels available at 3 AM, which is unusual since most places don’t serve food at night. I was both surprised and thankful for this experience!
We had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons on Woolwich Road! It was our first visit, and Jaswinder and Baljinder were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our time there special and even assisted us in navigating the app. We're definitely going to be loyal customers from now on! Thank you! I requested my croissant sandwiches to be lightly toasted and mentioned it several times when placing my order. I even repeated my request during food preparation, but it was still ignored. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a replacement. The service at this location was awful, including both management and staff.
I visited the drive-thru and ordered two drinks: a coffee and a tea. When I got home, I discovered that they had given me two coffees instead. It’s really frustrating when that kind of mistake happens, especially late at night. I ended up having to throw one of them away.
