This Tim Hortons is rather average, and I've become frustrated with the consistently subpar service during my visits. I’m finally writing a review because I’ve had to deal with the ongoing annoyance of improperly secured lids on drinks. I’m not just referring to lids that aren’t completely attached; several times, I’ve had the lids fall off while handing drinks over at the drive-thru. It's not a huge issue, but I really dislike spilling my drinks when placing them in my car because the lid just comes off. On the bright side, I do enjoy the food; my only complaint there would be about the presentation at times.

In the past, there have been times when my order was incomplete at this location, especially during a period of renovations when items meant for my kids were left out. This oversight added to our stress at the time. If I could offer a bit of advice, it would be to carefully check your order before leaving. Make sure it's complete and to your liking. Taking this small step can help you avoid the inconvenience and frustration we faced due to missing items.

I ordered coffee, a farmer's wrap, and a muffin for pickup. When I arrived to collect my order, nobody offered me assistance. All the staff I encountered were unhelpful and seemed rude about directing me to the pickup location. They ignored me even though my order was ready and hadn’t been handed over. As a result, my coffee was cold, and the wrap ended up soggy and leaking.

I ordered a specialty cold brew today but ended up with just an iced coffee, which wasn’t a huge issue. However, it was truly unappetizing. There was no ice, and an inch of caramel sauce settled at the bottom. The cream was barely noticeable, and despite the lack of ice, it tasted overly watery. Over the years, this Tim Hortons has declined significantly. The service is extremely slow, often taking 20 minutes just to get a small coffee. They either need to hire more staff or find a more efficient way to serve customers. It's unfortunate because this was never an issue in 2016 or 2017, and the pandemic shouldn't be used as an excuse.

I really dislike that this is the nearest full-service Tim Hortons to me. Just getting one coffee here takes around 20 minutes. I sympathize with the workers since customers are often frustrated, and it's likely that management keeps them in high-pressure situations. I hope they can find a way to improve the efficiency of this location.

Before using the restroom, be sure to check for toilet paper, especially in the evenings! If you need to ask for some, Wendy mentioned that they can only provide toilet paper for the men's restroom. Tim Hortons states they will only supply it for the women's restroom. Additionally, the liquid soap dispensers are often empty too!

The service is consistently extremely slow! 1) They seem unable to handle orders from UberEats properly. 2) It takes 15 minutes just to get a cup of coffee, and this isn't due to a long line—everyone experiences long wait times for service. This has been an ongoing issue for the past six months.
