Yesterday around 5 PM, I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered food at the drive-thru. My coffee and food were both excellent. I want to specifically mention a girl named Princepreet, who was amazing. Although I only met her for a minute, she greeted me with a smile and was incredibly kind. The customer service here was better than at other Tim Hortons locations. Thank you, Princepreet, for the fantastic service, and keep smiling!

I believe the management should evaluate their night shift staff. I visit this location frequently and usually have a good experience. However, tonight was disappointing—the employees seemed uninterested and made us wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru, despite not being busy. It's important for them to realize that this isn't acceptable behavior, especially at Tim Hortons.

I would advise against going inside to order food unless you don’t mind being late to your destination. The service is very slow, as the staff seems to prioritize the drive-thru customers. I ordered two everything bagels toasted with garlic and herb cream cheese, along with one chocolate chip cookie and one peanut butter cookie. However, I ended up with two jalapeño bagels served with a hash brown and chipotle sauce, plus one s’mores cookie and one chocolate chip cookie.

I really like this Tim Hortons location. I don't know much about it, but every time I've gone there, the food has been fresh. The muffins, in particular, are always fresh—unlike the ones at the Tim Hortons in Brampton, which taste like they were made two days ago.

We ordered the garlic herb pastry, and it was very disappointing in taste. The staff was rude and refused to offer a replacement. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The supervisor's name was Lovenpreet.

Kinda good place to sit and relax.Steeped tea ordered here is one of the better ones that I had received stirred well 90% of the time.
