I had an awful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered a large French vanilla but instead received a large coffee with no sugar. The blonde lady, who had a lot of makeup on, was extremely rude. She didn’t take my order correctly and even raised her voice at me. I ordered a veggie habanero wrap, but I was given a bowl instead. Management really needs to address the behavior of employees who are not attentive and who respond rudely to cover their mistakes. I visit this Tim Hortons every day and usually use the drive-thru, where my orders are always 100% correct. However, dine-in orders always seem to have mistakes. Didn't have a great experience. I was the only person in line and I was standing in front of a cash register hoping someone would serve me. 4 cashiers were too busy talking to each other, or staring off into space. One of them glanced at me and decided to not even wave at me or take my order. They didn't look busy, but even if they were busy making a drive-thru order, can someone at least tell me that a staff member will be with me shortly? After finalizing my order, I was randomly asked to repeat what my one order of coffee was twice (even though it was written on their screens? . The bare minimum for customer service just wasn't there.
Recent visits at Tims observed that customer service focuses on drive-through customers since they are measured by time for each car. When you walk in to avoid idling your car on these not so environmentally drive through, you wait since you are not the priority (no clock to measure employee performance). Waited 5-10 minutes to be serviced. There was only one cashier, and the two seniors occupied his time. Finally, another cashier opened up and assisted. Perhaps Tim should have a clock for customers who get out of their car and give them better service than idling cars.
I will say this is worse place to go. We love to go tims with family,i have visited busier places than this but their services is so better than this place. We ordered breakfast sandwiche with sausage in it but guess what they didn't put sausage in it,and it was not only one breakfast sandwiche, it was 4. Never recommend anyone. I don't know what this location does differently but they have the freshest bagels I've ever tasted from a Tim's. I stopped going to the location near my house and started stopping here on my way to my office because it's just so much better. The drive-thru line is usually long but moves relatively quickly.
