Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was consistently disappointing. There is always at least one issue with the basic service, whether it's forgetting to include an item with your order or technical problems preventing you from using the loyalty program. Beyond the challenges of getting your order correct, the layout of the restaurant itself is poorly designed. Expect delays not only from food preparation but also from drivers trying to turn left onto the busy road out front. Unless you're in urgent need of just a coffee, I would suggest going to a different place nearby.
The service at this location is horrible and insanely slow! The woman at the window rushes through taking the order only to make you sit for over 10 minutes just to get the order. They don't listen to what you're saying and mess up orders. If you can go to a different one, just do it. Don't waste your time here!
I really enjoy the steeped tea from Tim Hortons, but I've had several occasions where this particular location has served me the worst cup of steeped tea I've ever had during my morning commute. I hope that in the future, this won't happen again, either to me or to anyone else using this drive-thru.
