Where were you when 911 happened?.it's 2001, im in the grade 1, pap's orders me a chocolate chip cookie, a sesame bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate that's way too sweet. I'm chilling on the hard beige plastic chairs by the window, but all of a sudden.. all the adult's murmurs turn to silence.. one at a time, they stare at the television screen above the bathrooms. Some are standing now, holding their hands to their mouth. I stare at their eye's, their expressions. something is up and im not sure what. Worst tim hortons of kitchener, I live near conestoga college, so visit the restaurant everyday, I am a regular customer. The staff is untrained, I never get the items the way I have ordered. The steep tea is never stirred properly, they skip to add sugar. It feels disgusting and disappointing to come home and find the tea you paid for has no taste ,no sugar in it. This happens all the time I visit. Even the bagels and sandwiches are not prepared according to customer order.
I regularly go to Tim Hortons for freshly brewed coffee and bagels, but this was the one time I wish I could forget it. This is exactly. There are a lot of flies and other little insects flying around the shop and on the baked goods. Because of how unsanitary the store is, I will now be wary of visiting any Tim Hortons locations. This is the food that we incorrectly associate with freshness and cleanliness! Tim Hortons, I am really disappointed in you.I saw the worst thing!
I ordered a pumpkin spice tea at the Homer Watson location across from Conestoga College around 4 pm today (Sept 16). It was not in stock, and neither was my second choice BUT the wonderful gentleman behind the counter suggested the new tropical green tea. He was so pleasant and nice and even described the tea to me, the service really blew me away and just made my day. Thank you!!
